Shuttle 11 Final Sprint Promo Promotion Rules

Organiser: Secret Arcade Society, a label operated by Bear Cave SRL, a company registered in Romania with its registered office at Strada Teleajen 33, Bucharest, VAT ID RO45559860. Bear Cave SRL is the legal owner and operator of Shuttle 11 (“the Game”).

Campaign Name: Final Sprint Promo

Campaign Period: 22 August 2025 – 27 August 2025 (inclusive)

Territorial Scope: This campaign is open internationally, except in jurisdictions restricted under Section 3.3 of the main Terms of Service.


Art. 1 – Purpose of the Promotion

This promotion is intended to reward players for their progression and encourage continued gameplay during the final sprint of Season 1. Prizes are granted based on milestone achievements, not leaderboard ranking, and are drawn at random among qualified participants.


Art. 2 – Duration

The campaign is valid from 22.08.2025 to 27.08.2025, inclusive. All milestone achievements must occur during this period before 17:59 EEST on draw days.


Art. 3 – Eligibility

  • Participants must:

  • Be 18 years or older at the time of participation;

  • Have a valid Telegram account connected to the Game;

  • Reside in a country not subject to EU, UN, or U.S. sanctions or restrictions;

  • Not use fraudulent methods, bots, or multiple accounts.

  • Employees of the Organiser and affiliated partners are not eligible.


Art. 4 – Milestones & Draw Entry

  • Players automatically enter a prize draw each time they reach a listed milestone:

  • Level 10

  • Level 20

  • Level 50

  • Level 100

  • Level 150

  • Level 180

  • Milestones can be reached any time during the campaign. Players must reach a milestone before 17:59 EEST on a draw date to qualify.

  • Draws occur on 23, 25 and 27 August 2025.


Art. 5 – Prize Structure

Total Promo Prize Pool: 47 TON

  • Prizes are distributed via the Telegram-integrated @CryptoBot.

  • All prizes include applicable Romanian taxes, which will be paid by the Organiser. Winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations in their country of residence.


Art. 6 – Winner Selection & Verification

  • Winners are randomly selected using transparent tools (e.g. random.org).

  • Each player can win only once per milestone tier.

  • Winners will be contacted via Telegram within 24 hours of the draw.

  • They must confirm eligibility within 24 hours of first being notified.

Verification may include:

  • Confirmation of @CryptoBot wallet activation

  • Submission of a valid external TON wallet address

  • Age verification or additional details as needed

Prizes will be sent via @CryptoBot to the winner’s Telegram username.
Alternatively, winners may request the prize to be delivered to a personal TON wallet address by providing a valid address and confirming ownership.

The Organiser is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect wallet addresses.
Prizes will not be re-sent once a transfer is confirmed on-chain.

Failure to verify within the allotted time may result in disqualification, the prize may be reallocated or forfeited at the Organiser’s discretion.



Art. 7 – Communication of Winners

  • Winners are announced:

  • In the Secret Arcade Society channel and community

  • Via direct Telegram message

  • The Organiser may publish winners’ Telegram usernames and TON transaction IDs for transparency.


Art. 8 – Modification, Cancellation, Force Majeure

  • The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion in the event of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, or legal constraints.

  • Any changes will be announced via the official Shuttle 11 Telegram bot, Secret Arcade Society channel and community.


Art. 9 – Disputes and Applicable Law

  • This promotion is governed by Romanian law.

  • Any disputes may be submitted by e-mail to the Organiser within 3 calendar days after the final draw.
